Executive silver
We have designed this program for those executives in the early stages of a senior or C-level track who are eager to establish a personal executive brand that attracts the interest of recruiters and interested in optimizing networking opportunities. For most of these clients, the idea of creating an executive brand will be something new. However, those clients who have completed this program have discovered intrinsic value in defining their strengths and relevance in a manner that sets the stage for further advancement and leadership growth. Specifically, this program is foundational in helping new and developing executives—in a coaching environment—define their executive brands and effectively communicate those brands utilizing a number of tools including—but not limited to—resumes, introductory letters, bios, LinkedIn profiles, and recruiter introductions.
